*Ensuring overall completion of project using SDLC artifacts.*Review client requirement, coordinate with the Domain Manager and the Benefits Service Manager to clarify requirements.*Analyzing the requirements based upon client' need and preparing the Analysis artifacts to be used for Systems Configuration*Design Test Plans (unit, integration, regression, acceptance) to be used for Systems Testing & Acceptance Testing as per client requirement.*Leading Analysis handsoff and Test Plans strategy meeting with colleagues in North America (NA) counterpart.*Coaching peers on Configuration and Testing work and defects. Imparting Training session on Unit testing, integration testing and Regression testing using various testing tools.*Review the Analysis and Test Plan Documentation updates made by the SCA and evaluate the result of the test execution. Timely communicate team schedule and status.*Support production environment (defects and trends) and executes work flow and defect management with Ongoing Delivery Group (ODG). *Ensure successful execution of UAT script.*Handling a team of 6-8 associates. Responsible for reviewing their work, ensuring quality and timely deliverables*Deliver trainings to new hires and conduct workshops for knowledge sharing

*Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans*Resolves issues with test cases or set-up and re-tests configuration. Escalates issues as appropriate.*Major Responsibilities for production defects/bugs tracking.*Debugging and Defect resolution, both on mainframes and channels like GUI, IVR, YBR.*Running Batch jobs using Mainframes i.e. CICS, JCL ,DB2*Ensure compliance to the SDLC and the quality policy.*Designing test plan to cover the valid and invalid data scenarios to check the functionality of the system*Participate in functionality reviews with base team.*Provide complete assistance in Client Acceptance testing.

*Developing the Defined Contribution domain knowledge skills and SDLC principles.*Primarily covering Testing methodology : Manual sweep testing, Function Testing, Regression Testing, Integration testing using using Mainframe tools, DB2, Workbench and batch jobs.*Responsible for providing Test Cases and test participants for Client Acceptance Testing/User Acceptance Testing.
