Managing Bus fleet maintenance, service, warranty repairs, retro, feedback, training and OEM support of Tata-Marco polo low floor CNG Buses Reviewing with the dealer principals on the after-sales function, close the open issues if any on regular basis. Administering wide gamut of tasks involved in operation of workshop including warranty, purchase, decision-making, planning, training and spares.  Providing service support to customer’s fleet maintenance services, reducing the bus downtime; responsible for spares parts management, warranty management, product feedback & improvement, training management of dealers & customers. Ensuring timely morning and evening out shedding of trouble free & safe buses as per given set standards.  Attending timely Maintenance of buses as per schedule & standards with the help of SP team ensuring Statutory compliance like PUC, CNG & MVI of buses as per schedule.  Ensure timely ordering of required parts at central ware house & ensuring timely action from them. Tracking VOR, Accidental & AMC orders and ensuring timely delivery. Updating data of incoming and outgoing material in SAP, Daily morning and evening out shed report showing the bus held up status on parts non availability.  To maintain present ability of buses and report to the aesthetic team about present ability index monthly. Ensuring Monthly payment of Bills of Service Providers and forwarding it to finance team in time for further processing.

 Achieve high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to service quality standards and norms. Responsible for planning for workshop profitability, handling customer relations aspect & interfacing with the customers in order to understand their requirements & subsequent repairs. Deftly prepare technical reports & product feedback and assisting in publication & service documentation Coordinate with dealers and ensured timely settlement of claims also make alternate arrangements for the customer in case of vehicle breakdown Carry out service promotional activities while monitoring monthly targets, reports and warranty claims Involved in preparation of overall warranty reports including monthly bar graphs, and other reports like credit notes and debit notes Monitor tagging and packing of old warranty parts and dispatch the same while supervise all updates and place orders  Identify training needs & conduct need based training programs for developing multi skilled teams Credentials of having planned monitoring a team of mechanic to works done properly.
