Preparing and sending RFP worksheets and packages to different carriers forinsurance purpose.Following up with carriers, tracking clients and handling escalations. Coordination of RFP process: As a Process Assistant, i am responsible for coordinating the RFP process, which includes managing timelines, ensuring that all carriers are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines, and facilitating communication between teams.RFP document management: i am also be responsible for managing the RFP document repository, which includes organizing and maintaining RFP templates, responses, and other related documents.Analysis of RFP responses: I am responsible for analyzing and comparing the RFP responses received from vendors or suppliers, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and presenting your findings to the relevant stakeholders.Compliance: I need to ensure that all RFP responses are compliant with legal, financial, and other regulatory requirements.Process improvement: As a Process Assistant,i need to identify areas for process improvement within the RFP process and work with the relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
