- Develop and maintain IT Governance policies and procedures for IT projects.- Setup Project Management Office under IT Governance for projects planning execution and delivery.- Monitor IT projects performance and generate reports to highlight status, risks, issues and benefits throughout the program lifecycle- In conjunction with Lead project managers, ensures that all project adhere to the procedures and policies of IT Governance.- Prepare Projects Portfolio reports for senior management periodically including project updates, status, risks, issues, dependencies and percentage completion. - Develop and implement portfolio management’s best practices in order to improve efficiency in project execution and portfolio reporting within all programs.

- Initiate, Design, Implement and Maintain Project Management Office methodology & processes in IT Project Governance business unit.- Facilitate adoption of the IT Governance Policies, Procedures, and Standards by providing an advisory and oversight function for projects and/or programs- Monitor IT projects performance and generate reports to highlight status, risks, issues and benefits throughout the program lifecycle- Program management of the Business Enablement program, which includes Network Infrastructure projects and Enterprise Architecture project initiatives, with end-to-end project management.- Prepare Projects Portfolio reports for senior management periodically including project updates, status, risks, issues, dependencies and percentage completion. - Develop and implement portfolio management’s best practices in order to improve efficiency in project execution and portfolio reporting within all programs.
