Good knowledge in IT service management (ITSM) based on best practice and experience in Manage Engine + IT HELPDESK activities and procedures through request /ticketing system. Managing and prioritizing the service requests assigned by the helpdesk accordingly Updating User information in Active directory. Trouble shooting on wireless access point network. Network support provisioning for video conference systems, Projectors and TRS system. Patch paneling and jumper cabling (Fiber and UTP) in server farm and core switch. Working with vendors and Service provider (Etisalat) and follow up on the work activities in the implementation of projects. Good knowledge in HSE safety rules and standards.
