With over 10 years of experience in IT support and service desk roles, I am currently a Desktop Support Analyst at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, where I provide technical support and troubleshooting for over 500 staff and contractors across multiple sites and platforms. I am ITIL certified and proficient in various IT tools and systems, such as Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and ServiceNow. I also have experience in supporting and maintaining hardware, software, network, and security devices. As part of the IT Support team, I contribute to the ministry's mission of ensuring that every child and young person in New Zealand gets a quality education. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, resolving complex issues, and improving IT processes and procedures. I enjoy working in a collaborative and diverse environment, where I can learn from and share my knowledge and skills with others.
