Job responsibilities include:Preparation of resource loaded Planning Package containing Baseline Schedule, Resources Histograms, Material & shop drawings approval schedule, Material Procurement & Sub Contractor appointment Schedule, Project S‐Curve.Weekly and Monthly Reports to Client and Management.Notification of Delays & assist in preparation of Extension of Time & Associated Financial Claims.Progress monitoring by recording Plan vs. Actual progress.Identifying Potential Variations and its Impact to Cost and Time.Monitoring Variations, Additions and Omissions with the help of Logs.Development and implementation of project work breakdown structure (WBS).Monitoring the Planned Labor deployment for activities against actual.Monitor the productivity of each trade and make report weekly and monthly and compare it with the budgeted productivity rate and advise accordingly to the site management to get better efficiency from labor.Monitoring Sub Contractor progress.
