Role and Responsibilities: Incoming Parts Inspection Assured those incoming parts from vendor, parts according to Purchase order, Quality control procedures, Revision Drawing dimensions, Engineering Specification, Customer requirements and verify Quality documents.  Interpret or evaluate inspection measurements in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.  Handle and took accurate measurements with all type of measuirng equipments. Determine most effective (cost, risk & benefit) methodology for inpection of parts and recommend changes to prescribed process where required. Interpret the results of all methods of inspection. Conduct pre operation daily and other checks on equipments where required. Prepare inspection reports.  Review Non conforming product and determine and take most appropriate action utilising available data source, experience and knowledge. Laise with engineering, Suppliers, QC teams, manager on NCR if required. Support other deparments and carry out other duties as and when necessary. Assist the continued development of the inspection process, methodlogy and equipment.  Perform Brinell hardness testing when required. Perform cladding visual inspection and LPI when required. Travel when required as required by business. Ensure all company policies and procedures on material handling, health and safety, quality requirements and house keeping are met.  Final Inspection To verify final product with Engineering drawing, Internal Quality Procedures, pressure Testing Requirements, Customer specifications.  Witnessed and reviewed pressure and gas test chart. To Perform API stamping upon product acceptance. Prepare Final documentation according to procedures and standards.  Submitted final documents to customer within time frame. During Incoming, Assembly & Final Inspections, found deviation from Engineering drawing, Procedures, Specifications to raise NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and get it completed within time frame. Some Add So on To arrange Calibration for Measurement Gauges every month within validity calibration period.  Record down NCR Status, Update Measurement Calibration status, and verify Measurement calibration report.  And other duties allocated from managers.
