Providing guidance as well as monitoring the implementation of ‘personal action plan' created after training, for each employee in store. Ensuring high level of motivation & customer orientation of store staff, at all times.  Ensure that stores operations and administration is as per the set standards / procedure. Timely and regular update to Zonal Head on all critical activities/issues. To regularly update & educate the stores staff on company policies and procedures so as to ensure adherence of same by all concerned.
