Atos IT Services Projects : ICL, RTS and Signet Managing datacenter comprised of Nexus series switches,ASA firewalls and F5 load balancers. Involved in multiple Data Center migration projects. Handling escalations from Network operations team. Providing Service Improvement Plans for the customers and Automation Troubleshooting of network related Issues, reachability issues, routing issue etc. and implementing changes in network to improve the network uptime. Implementing changes as per design recommendations and implementing new links / new branches connectivity Providing oncall support

Project : Brocade TAC Support Handling trouble tickets of various severities for customers across the globe. Troubleshooting the customer device on reported problem and resolving the issues within the specified SLAs. Also in circumstances where we cannot provide a resolution immediately (like a software bug), drive to provide the work around immediately. Extensive experience on Brocade Layer 4-7 Load balancers (ServerIron). Providing technical assistance to the customers in configuring and troubleshooting the device problems as well as the network related problems. Possess hands-on experience on different Load balancing technologies such as Server Load Balancing, Advanced Server Load Balancing, Firewall Load Balancing, Global Server Load Balancing and Transparent Cache Switching. Replicate reported problems in lab and escalate identified problems to the next level for further investigation and resolution. Handled various premier customers like AT&T, Yahoo who has critical infrastructure Providing proactive measures / technics which helps to prevent the issues in customer network. Suggesting the Best practices to maintain the hygiene network. Preparing RCA for priority issues and premier customers. Communicating with the customers in a convincing manner and at the same time understanding the situation from the customer perspective to stipulate the root cause.

 Managing datacenter comprised of Nexus 7000, 5000, 2000 series switches and F5 load balancers. Developed network standardization document for datacenter devices. Handle escalation from Network operations level-I team. Network & Bandwidth planning, Hardware sizing, new link commissioning, designing & deployment using LL, E1/T1, & MPLS links. Providing Consultancy on Customer Network to provide more robust network with improved network performance and higher network availability.  Implementation of Network, for which protocols used are EIGRP and BGP. Preparing Service Improvement plans for Network Delivery. Developed Handbook material for the entire project’s network architecture which will help new joiners to understand customer network.

Project : Cisco Systems To configure routing protocols on various CISCO routers and switches and to test their performance. Have worked on 7200, 7600, 6500, ASR1000, 3900, 3800 series of Cisco routers and Catalyst switches. Have vast experience in configuring and testing BGP Protocol on CISCO routers in networks of various scales. Have worked in creating and automating test cases using C and UNIX shell scripting. Have experience in creating test scripts and fixing errors in the scripts developed by other engineers. To test the various features of BGP protocol through regression and manual testing. Have experience in reproducing issues seen in customer networks in lab and creating automation for the same.  Worked in creating automated tools to reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks
