• Looking of all Shift routine and Non routine activities and follow up the previous shift jobs • Good co-ordination with DCS operator/maintenance dept. /Up Stream/Down Stream plants to run the plant smoothly.• Key role in preparing and issue the Safe work permit system through SAP for Safe Operation of Plant and preparing RISK ASSESMENT for Non Routine activities• Inspection & monitoring of equipments in field. Can independently handle the jobs right from planning to its execution.• Generating & updating Daily plant reports and presenting the same to the management for facilitating decision making process

• Operation of Invensys designed DCS Panel for Steam Reformer and ASU sections of the ammonia plant.• Involved in start up and shutdown activities • Involved in Management of change activities such aso Hot headers replacement of steam reformer, o MP steam generator replacement, o Commissioning of Instrument air compressor. Energy Conservation Projects • Vapor Ammonia export to DAP unit to reduce the load of refrigeration compressors.• In-house generated LP steam export to the rest of the fertilizer complex.• Maximization of Argon production project.• Cooling tower efficiency enhancement project to reduce the load on the synthesis gas compressor and in turn increasing its work done.
