1. Leading a team of Jr. Engineer, Foreman and Charge hands to carryout activities by allocating individual duties to them along with the team of 120 skilled labors and 40 unskilled labors to carry out various activities during the project.2. Carry out the work with ALUMA TABLE formwork system for slabs, PLATFORM SYSTEM FOR COREWALLS, POST TENSIONING and all other latest technologies of construction3. To ensure that the progressing works are carried out according to the planned program.4. Co-operate with Consultant representative and ensure implementation of any comments raised by Consultant.5. To ensure that all related quality procedures are implemented6. To provide the construction manager with daily progress report of the works achieved and discuss with him the planned works for the next day on a daily basis.7. To be aware of the inspections to be conducted before proceeding further.8. To ensure that the works are carry out to the lines and levels given by the surveyor.9. To have a check on resource requirement and optimum usage through proper allocation of the resource, both material and labor10. Liaise with sub-contractor for timely completion of their works in coordination with main work.11. Ensure safety of construction and that safety regulations are followed on site by all concerned.

Project Planning• Co-ordinate with architects / consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings• Submit schedule of domain engineering work packages ( mechanical/ civil / electrical domain)• Evaluate BOQ / tender drawings submitted by consultants• Prepare and review Level 3 plans for domain engineering work packagesProject Execution and Monitoring• Review and ensure availability of correct, consistent and comprehensive drawings and specification with the contractor• Monitor the delivery and work quality of consultants, PMCs . Drive efficiency , review periodically , escalate issues and ensure corrective actions • Responsible for day to day site work of domain engineering as per plan• Review weekly & monthly reports of package assigned, escalate issues and drive corrective actions Budgets, tendering & contractingForecast the amount of work to be executed and hence plan the cash flows• Collaborate and co-ordinate with Contracts & Purchase Team for BOQs, tenders and contracts related issueVendor Management & Payables:• Monitor milestones against project plan• Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments Quality & Safety• Ensure implementation of construction QA/ QC processes• Assist in quality & safety audits at sitesCompliance & Audits• Ensure adherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization
