 Managing and closed supervision of driving field team in Hospitality sector, mainly Laundry equipments and Kitchen equipments.  Undertaking the customized / specialized Engineering Projects by aligning with Sales Managers. Handling the company‘s related engineering Projects PLC based control equipment and any Customized Projects related cleaning & Hygiene in Hospitality etc.  Handling turnkey projects activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion. Coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources, contractors to achieve organizational objectives to implement the Business plans. Keeping a track on monthly expenses and traveling Expenses of all Service Engineers, Engineers, and contractor on Monthly Fees & Other Allowances Expenses. Monitoring the workforce at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.Maintenance / Service Operations: Handling third party, agencies, Vendor and implementing service plans / policies for ensuring accomplishment of business goals across India. Providing immediate service support to the clients for resolving their issues and complaints in compliance with the preset guidelines and rules. Solving machine problems, complaints and queries rose from all the sale/Service coordinator. Support the supply chain by suggesting and authorizing for the required stock level on engineering items. Helping in Internal and External Audit for stock level of spares & equipments. Mapping clients’ Planning requirements & ensuring rendering of solutions as per specified guidelines; minimizing bottlenecks for high quality of service for increasing the Customer Satisfaction Index.
