Managing a team of scientific events and publications. I develop, coordinate and supervise the scientific events, content writing, editing, designing, illustrating, conceptualizing and production of conference content, journal articles and other scientific literature.● Responsible for planning, execution, and management of assigned scientific events and journals. This includes scheduling presentations, coordinating keynote speakers, planning social activities and organizing accommodation and transport for attendees. The major responsibility includes planning the scientific event to make sure the scientists, sponsors and speakers’ concerns are properly addressed and the conference proceedings, publications are properly planned.● Creating effective strategies to collaborate with scientific institutes across the globe.● Communicating with scientists via email or telephone to answer or triage general queries and discussing on collaboration for future events.● Overseeing conference and journal production for continuous workflow, including monitoring of performance indicators (turnaround times for various steps).● Providing production workflow guidance and training (copy-editing, XML file validation, proofreading, issue lineup) and mentoring support for the editorial team, and others as required, across the department.● Recruiting staff, liaising with the business development, event organizing, publishing, advertising and production departments.

OMICS International is an international organization dedicated to scientific research. The ultimate goal of this organization is to aid the scientific community with all periodical aspects such as scientific discovery, organizing scientific events, publications and the related works. As a Senior Manager, i handled project SciTechnol and i look after several tasks & responsibilities in my Department. The tasks includes responsibility for subject wise journals, managing scientific events, working on scientific collaborations, processing scientific reports, collaborations, implementation of new strategies for a quick & prompt review process. My regular responsibility also includes preparing performance reports of my team.My best initiatives in the department are implementation of double blind review process, collaborations with some prestigious universities to plan scientific events across globe.

As a manager i was given a chance to manage Clinical, Medical and Life science streamed conferences and journals (SciTechnol). I had to manage about 26 scientific events and 50 journals with a team of 39 members. My core responsibility included planning proper scientific program for an event, assured quality, prompt, efficient review process in the respective fields by accelerating discovery and keeping pace with the running and advancing world.

As a Team Lead i was given a chance to manage journals in life sciences and scientific events . So, I looked after Processing Scientific reports, assured efficient and prompt peer review process and planned and managed 8 scientific events in Asia.

OMICS International based online publisher, running 700 International scientific events and 500 electronic Journals across the globe in various pedagogic fields. It provides a platform for interdisciplinary exchange of ideas and information globally. The mission of OMICS is to make healthcare Open Access.As a AME i was given a chance to manage 2 electronic journals. So, I looked after Receiving & Processing Scientific reports, assured quality, prompt, efficient peer review process in the respective fields by accelerating discovery and keeping pace with the running and advancing world.

As a part of my job, I prepared Bio safety guidelines for pharma, biotech, healthcare industries.I have authored & Co-authored 9 papers during this tenure .I felt this position has certainly enhanced my writing skills & abilities.
