Pre-Engineering Activities:Data Pack Study: Analyze customer requirements to understand the scope, including PCBA, Box-build, and Cable Harness.BOM Scrubbing and Consolidation:Consolidate BOM's if more than one product is involved.Share the consolidated BOM with the sourcing team for the preparation of the Costed BOM (CBOM).Query List Management:Scrub BOM and Raise queries for missing or incorrect information, such as obsolete parts, incorrect part numbers, missing drawings, mechanical drawings, and any other required data.Update the query list based on customer feedback.Finalize BOM: Finalize the consolidated BOM and Co-ordinate, the sourcing activities to obtain the CBOM from the Sourcing Department.Costing Activities:Process Cost Preparation:Calculate process costs based on the number of joints, testing charges, NRE charges, and other relevant charges.Quotation Preparation:Prepare the Basis for Quotation (BFQ) in ERP with all necessary inputs
