Ensure data is maintained in the highest level of integrity & confidentiality. Optimum utilization of available manpower/ time to adhere payroll and compliance deadlines. Managing team, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties for smooth processing. Handling of LIC Superannuation, NPS, Gratuity Trust Account, Flexi Benefit Pay of employees. Liasioning with Government bodies related to PF, ESIC, LWF and PT. Prepare Monthly review report for MGMT. Team Member of annual and half yearly PMS process. Regular monitoring of HRIS and ERP systems. Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times by adopting & implementing best practices.
