Roles and Responsibilities include:Perform Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit of Companies, Firms & Banks.Verification and preparation of Financial Reports, Cash flows, Consolidations and Budgeting.Establish a system of Management Reporting, budgeting, business plans and financials as per IFRS and IAS.VAT Return filing and compliance.Coordinate with the development of Revenue forecasting, operating and Cash budgets.Representation in Various Department Particularly Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department.Payroll processing, Accounts Payables Management, Accounts Receivables Management.Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates, tabulates, audits, or verifies information or data.Finalization of accounts as per the requirements of Sole Trading Concern, Partnership Firms, Co-operative Societies, Non Profit Organization enterprises, Companies.Experience in managing US GAAP, IFRS etc .  Tax Audit, VAT Audit, Stock Audit and Internal Audits of Companies, Firms & Individuals Statutory Audit of Companies, Firms & Banks Preparation of Return of Income & Computation of Income tax liability  Preparation of VAT Returns, Professional Tax Returns, Service Tax Returns & e-TDS Returns. Verification of internal control systems with respect to various aspects like cash payments/ receipts, bank transactions, purchases, sales, payroll systems, inventories, fixed assets, investments etc. and reporting to the management on a timely basis.
