1,Receive the three month forecast & weekly plan from customer. 2.Responsible to manage the supply chain operations of all suppliers with effective delivery schedules .3.Effective materials management and inventory control to maintain smooth flow of materials for shipment with minimum inventory holding.4.Closely monitoring stores operation without difference between system vs actual.5.Coordinating with customer to dispatch the Emergency order/Trail parts.6.Tracking sheet maintained to adhere with the delivery performance.7.Weekly report presentation to HOD. 8. Maintaining 5S & Encourage team members for continuous improvement
