I am an environmental expert and the founder of the award-winning Nepal Bioscience Research Laboratory, located in Nepal. My expertise encompasses industrial waste treatment—both mechanical and biological—forest biomass management, and the design of climate-smart substrates for biofertilizers using diverse biodegradable waste. I also develop soil monitoring mechanisms to enhance agricultural practices. With over 500,000 individuals benefiting from our innovative products, we support agro-industries in managing their natural resources for soil bio-input. Additionally, I focus on empowering climatically threatened communities through professional training in waste treatment, waste management, and microbial literacy. Our educational initiatives target students and local community members, fostering a deeper understanding of sustainable practices. As an environmental planner and designer, I am committed to creating greener jobs and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance resilience in agriculture and resource management.
