Current• Coordinating with technicians including supervisor to full fill project requirements and customer needs.• Preparing BOQ & quotations for industrial, commercial, residential buildings and restaurants.• Scheduling daily activities, conducting inspections, third party inspection and coordinating with Technicians , supervisors and management for aspects of projects.• Attending client meeting and resolving client/ engineering technical issues.• Preparing monthly projects status report and Maintenance schedule.• Solving customer complaints. Visiting sites in case any emergency. • Conduct new site survey and preparing preliminary inspection report.• Conducting technical training for new Technicians.• Reviewing Daily Inspection Check list of Maintenance Team.• Perform Routine Inspection and Maintenance of PRMS To Prevent Un-Wanted Shutdown of Equipment.• Monitoring Compressor, Level Gauges, Flow Meter, Pressure Transmitters.• Perform Setting Up of Pressure Regulator, Slam Shut-Off Valve, Safety Relief Valve and Electronic Volume Corrector for Newly Installed Gas Station.• Resolve Any Unexpected Technical Difficulties and Other Problems that may arise.• Ensure Permit System Is in Place and adhered by All Sub-Contractor Working near Gas Line.• Perform Gas Leak Detection Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance Including Gas Detection inside Customer’s Premises.• Performing Routine Check on Gas Sensor and Gas Control Panels to Ensure System is functioning.• Maintain Record of PRMS and Its Component Maintenance History and Current Condition.• Quality Assurance for All Material Request, Preparing Quotation Contracts, Estimation Prices for All Projects.
