Client: OQ Oman , Oman Gas Company Projects: Muryrat Pressure Reducing terminals ,Sur Fuel Gas segregation Project . ➢ Oversee EPC contractor's activities with respect to instrumentation& control systems including development and design of the I&C system, specification and inspection of instrumentation components, Instrument specifications, logic and loop diagrams, Compliance with design methods and safety factors used in the design, Reviews completed design for correctness, compliance and operability. ➢ Act as a commissioning & control system engineer for Control and automation system which includes Loop check, functional logic check of PAS/ICSS, field instrumentation & Tele-communication system ➢ Development & preparation of commissioning systems and detailed procedures for ICSS tests (Function check,control narrative check, integration test, Loop test). ➢ Witness of testing activities like FAT/SAT/Commissioning/Start-up/ performance test. ➢ Vendor/Subcontractor drawing review coordination with End-user for the final test. ➢ Complies to and promotes the standards and procedures of the client's Health and Safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations .The focal point for the project conformance work plans, to ensure that work is appropriately incorporated into the Project strategies of the instrument and protective systems and equipment with respect to engineering standards, scope, budget and the specification of OQ. ➢ Provide technical assistance coordination with other discipline specialists. ➢ Specialized hands-on experience in DCS/SIS/FGS (Emerson DeltaV/HIMA) Flow metering system (Emerson), Bentley Nevada for machine health monitoring. ➢ Verification of scope of work related to any new modifications, new packages and review Contractor’s proposals ➢ Successfully handed over the project to client including the safe system integration during the planned Shutdown.
