• Meeting with customers over the phone or on site to assist in technical aspects of business development of product range including Epoxy floor coating, Raised access flooring, carpet tiles, substructure roof and wet areas waterproofing and polishing machines.• Meeting the consultants and clients for the approval of our product ranges.• Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity.• Study all technical drawings, specifications and documents to understand client requirement correctly.• Preparing quotations and negotiating the prices and preparing submittals for approval.• Working with the engineering team to ensure delivery and contracting are being done as per schedule.• Involvement in Supply and Installation of flooring Products till project hand over of final stages.• Responsible for after sales service of machines• Visiting customer’s site and training their employees on use of polishing machines.• Performing routine maintenance inspections of machines to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.• Troubleshooting technical problems for equipment and systems.

• Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production.• Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production line.• Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.• Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.• To coordinate with Purchase department for updating planning and make necessary re scheduling based on job priority and availability of resources.• Arranging raw materials required for production.• Analysis of daily raw material consumption and generation of production reports.• Development of new products according to customer requirements.• Work in hand with the maintenance department for smooth running of the machinery and also continuous improvement for overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes. • Setting and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for the various machinery and equipment to increase machinery uptime and equipment reliability• Procurement of spare parts• Assisting in general service and maintenance of compressors, pumps and generator.• Scheduling and making timely repairs on each piece of equipment when it breaks down or is in need of preventive maintenance.

• Procurement of materials from vendors, analyzing lead time & cycle time for machining of the components for the production of hydraulic valves and pumps.• Directly responsible for procuring two bin items without any requisitions from the respective department• Communicating with Vendors & Quality Dept to maintain components within the given Tolerances, release of materials for production.• Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.• Follow up with vendors, transporters and other agencies for maintaining smooth supply chain cycle.• Hands on experience on working with Supply Chain Management & SAP System
