Loopio for Salesforce (LFS) is the only Salesforce ISV providing RFP/Bid Response solutions on the Salesforce platform. LFS uses Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and an intelligent conversational assistant to provide an RFP automation solution that eases the pains of responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, DDQs, Tenders, and Security Questionnaires. Responsibilities:• Create and maintain release notes, user guides, and product documentation for our product Loopio for Salesforce and LFS Tables.• Create knowledge base documents for future training and assistance on the Confluence page.• Collaborate with Devs and QAs for internal reviews and comments on in-product documentation.• Review and edit documents and documentation plans for quality and standards compliance. • Interview QAs and SMEs by setting up knowledge transfer sessions to understand the features and functionalities of the product.• Independently handle the product and take full responsibility to complete the documentation for the same.• Continuously update documentation based on product updates and feedback from developers.
