Arun manages delivery of all information management and business intelligence projects for several large Life Sciences clients apart from guiding teams in other Life Sciences clients. His areas of expertise include Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, Clinical Development and Banking Systems. Arun also leads Application Value Management (AVM) Service Line for Life Sciences clients at Cognizant, alignment with ITIL methodology and Service oriented execution of production support - L1, L2, L3, L4 activities. Arun has Executed Maturity assessment and Service assessment to determine current state of client and creation of Book of work towards implementation of Various Continuous Service improvement (CSI) and Transformation themes and guided project managers towards their implementation.
