Design and development of the complete exterior panels for Qiantu K50 - Lightweight Electric Supercar with partnership with Tier1 supplier NBHX. By means of advanced lightweight design methodology we brought down the weight of exterior panels by 26% less than the previous design, increased the top speed to 200 kilometers per hour from 183 kilometers per hour and 14.8% improvement in the mileage. Carried out the end to end product development starting with A-surface validation, master section creation, RPS, concept generation, fixation strategies, DFMEA, PFMEA, material selection and laminate ply stack up and analysis.
