• My team was adjudged as best Worker Welfare Team by Dubai Aviations Engineering Projects (DAEP) for year 2019.- We are regularly being audited by DAEP, DAR, Expo, DIT, British Safety Council and have always been adjudged as one of the best Worker Welfare Team by all these distinguished entities.- Responsible for general administration of the organization, including legal documents, authority approvals of accommodation, etc.• Recruitment of new operatives, as per advise of Operations Director, by consolidating trade wise additional requirement, appointing recruitment agent, conducting interview/trade test, travel arrangements, visa process, their accommodation, etc.• Payroll preparation for Operatives (complying with UAE Labour Law), including leave settlement and final settlement for employees who are terminated / resigned from service.• Leave management of all operatives, including their travel arrangement, payment of leave benefits, follow-up, etc.• Resource management – allocation of operatives to project as per demand of different trades and availability.• In-charge of operatives’ accommodation including negotiation and renewal of various contracts (lease, labour transportation, fire-fighting, LPG, pest control, waste removal, etc.) to be fully compliant with Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Labour regulations.• Responsible for leading annual assessment process of Operatives, consolidation of the data and propose for increment/promotion/disciplinary actions for Management’s approval.• Organizing operatives’ events like monthly Employee of Month function, recreational events during festivals like Eid (Iftar), Diwali, New Year, etc. • As part of recreational activities for the operatives regularly organize in-house matches in cricket and indoor games.• Organizing participation in CSR activities like Clean-up the World Campaign by Dubai Municipality, Box Appeal Campaign, etc.• Updating and maintaining the database of Project Office assets/ equipment.

• General Administration of Organization Maintain a log of Legal Documents. Co-ordinate for timely renewal of these. Responsible to conduct annual office functions, corporate seminars, other banqueting requirements, employee welfare programs.• Co-ordinate, follow-up and negotiate with Clients, Suppliers, Contractors and Govt. Depts for : Maintenance contracts for Office, Camps, Plant & Equipment, Transport Fleet. Negotiating with suppliers/contractors for price, payment & warranty terms.• Cost analysis for Admin Department and Company Properties.• Co-ordinating with various internal departments for timely submission of data.• Conducting internal QA/QC audits at project offices to ensure all the systems are complying with QMS.• Responsible for all the aspects of HR Functions like : Recruitment (assessment of requirement, appointing agents, sourcing manpower, visa processing, joining) Arranging various types of visa for employees / guests.• Group Health Insurance Policy and Health Insurance for Frontline Staff & Artisans• Workmen Compensation Insurance (Re-imbursement Claims)• Sourcing, appointing and monitoring of labour supply / sub-contractors• Administer IT Requirements, Communication Lines & Equipment• Various Labour & Staff Accommodations, Offices and Properties of Al Naboodah Group  Responsible for providing accommodation for approx. 10,000 employees, who were accommodated at 11 camps and more than 250 villas / apartments in compliance to authority regulations. Ensuring the facilities are provided to all residents in line with company policy without exceeding the allocated budget vide monthly reporting mechanism to monitor kitchen/camp expenses.• Responsible for Transport Fleet Making checks on Vehicle Tracking System (GPS). Implemented various tracking mechanisms to curb the hiring/maintenance costs. Tracking, compiling and analysis of all expenditures related to Staff / Labour / Material transportation.
