•Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for1.Quality Assurance & Control through the implementation of preventive & corrective action and mistake proofing activity to reduce cost of quality.2.Setup approval for the prior quality conformance to the continuous production in production & assembly.3.Final Inspection & PDIR report for the prior quality performance before reaching to the customer end.4.Review & implement actions to resolve market complaint5.To design , develop & validation of gauges & fixtures to control critical / special characteristics of the product.6.Implementing of TS - 16949 & ISO 9000:2000 system7.Implementation of SPC / SQC techniques to optimize external failure as well as internal failure.8.Imparting quality training & conducting product quality audits for continuous improvement to enrich quality system.9.To derive & implement quality standards for new product development & packing etc.10.Certified internal auditor for the auditing of department wise functions.11.Get various activities such as FMEA, PPAP , APQP, MSA , PFD implemented through CFT for the striving of TS – 16949 system requirements.12.New supplier development & imparting training to meet quality requirements .
