-Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Implementing a central government scheme called Rurban Mission at cluster level.-Responsible in creating multi component infrastructure development projects: agri-servises and farm productivity, education, health, social infrastructure, sports infrastructure, solar street light, inter village connectivity, solid waste management etc...-Worked closely with stake holders of various line departments at both block level and district level for the implementation of various central and state government schemes on convergence component of Rurban Mission scheme.-Significant exposure to Government procedures, functions, hierarchy and working environment. -Responsible for conducting and coordinating meetings with district level chief officials of various line departments for management of the programme.-Responsible for promoting and marketing of non farm based enterprise activity with the Producer Groups with support from ORMAS (Orissa Rural Development and Marketing Society a Govt. of Odisha under taking agency) and OLM.-Critical understanding on coordinating various livelihood related departments like ORMAS, OLM, Agriculture Dept., Horticulture Dept., Veterinary Dept. etc. for implementation of economic activities within Producer Groups

-Responsible for the implementation of various livelihood projects i.e. farm and livestock based across the gram panchayats of block through women Self Help Groups(SHG).-Guided cadres for training,need assessment, supervise, making village level plans and grooming of community service providers-Leading team for planning and implementation of farm based livelihood through women SHG-Experience in promotion of Agriculture Production Cluster and market linkage for vegetable produces with small and marginal farmers-Institution and capacity building of women SHGs at various levels: starting from village levels to block level-Experience of empowering women for the broader development of the locality in terms of livelihood and gender rights.-Training and Capacity building of staffs of partner NGOs on women SHGs and agriculture themes.-Planning, Budgeting and Implementing of Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) activity at village level. This activity got fund from MGNREGS with help of DRDA (District Rural Development Agency) and implemented along with other NGOs which has grabbed recognition of GO-NGO partnership at state level-Supported in leveraging community managed fund from Integrated Tribal Development Authority (ITDA) ( under the SC & ST Development Department, Gov of Odisha)to village level committee for DBI (Diversion Based Irrigation) which helped the tribal farmers to take second crop in the winter-Linking of community with various departments for improvement in agriculture practices, mechanization and irrigation facility like Agricultre dept, Hort. Dept, OLIC (Odisha Lift Irrigation Corporation), OSIC (Odisha Small Industry Corporation)-Worked in various development projects and schemes: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), NRTT,OLM (Odisha Livelihood Mission which is the state SRLM for Odisha) ,MGNREGS, OTELP Plus etc.-Representing PRADAN at various government and and non-government forums at district and state level.
