Nature of work:Planning, managing, evaluvating logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, transporters and customerStock reconciliation and reporting on weekly and monthly basis.Non moving and near expiry stocks reporting on weekly basis.Stock tracking (while in transit) and reporting.Ensure all stock transfer/STO are executed on time in efficient manner.Ensure approved stock return are processed in efficient manner.Conduct training for warehouse teams about SOP and safety protocols.Ensure all sales orders are fullfilled within shortest possible timeline.Ensure advance payment from customer before the order being executed.Coordinate & assign the team to unload primay vehicle to avoid vehicledetention.Ensure, team has verified all shippment with documents and invoice beforetaking Primary goods to inward.Notify appropriate team through debit note when damage/poor quality/shortageof product.Issue and follow up with insurance claim for damaged goods.Conduct monthly stock audit with a team.Continuous follow up with the sales and transport team till the goods delived tothe customer end.Extract daily sales data from ERP software ( SAP) and generete and report tosales team.Working closely with third party logistics service provider for productivity savingand warehouse consolidation.

(1) Procuring goods and services that are required for smooth operation of the project.(2) Ensure that all the products and services are following the quality and performance standard required.(3) Choose appropriate suppliers by analyzing and comparing products / services provided and prices.(4) Identification of all requirements in purchase requisition issued by Project Team.(5) Sending Inquires to vendors as per purchase requisition received.(6) Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)(7) Ensure that all vendors are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.(8) Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity.(9) Prepare schedule of comparison(10) Reiterate with project team and vendors for finalization of quantity and quality.(11) Establish delivery terms, time, and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Team.(12) Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions.(13) Issuance of Purchase order.(14) Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development.

Preventive & corrective event based maintenanceCustomer complaint analysis & resolution by co-ordinating with respective teamsDevelops and manages maintenance budget.Purchase and track all facilities-related materials and labor, and process all invoicing for proper tracking and payment.Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detailEnsure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
