Manage the day to day flow of supplier contracts between Contract Manager and Data Entry Team. Review supplier contract and follow up with the supplier when the contract is inaccurate, confusing or missing information. Developed and implemented strategies to improve contract performance and reduce contract disputes. Collaborated with stakeholders to identify and document customer requirements and in creating and developing the in-house system for Travel Trade. In the absence of the contract manager, I also fulfill the role of a contract manager.

Job responsibilities include preparing daily revenue report, reviewing and updating general cashier report, reviewing Housekeeping discrepancy report, outlet revenues and room rates. Ensuring accurate coding in accounting systems and any exceptions are correctly coded and routed for approval. Help colleagues and support departments with accounting questions and solve problems. Maintain accurate records for tracking and follow up.

Job Responsibilities include ascertaining all daily income that should have been received by the hotel was received and to ensure established operation policy and procedures are always adhered to. Conducts all control check procedures that are directed by financial controller. Ensure all audit documentation is properly in place for final review

Job Responsibilities include keeping an accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit card transactions. Ensuring that the entire transaction done for the property is audited daily. Manage daily paperwork including occupancy report, guest list, cash summery, balance sheet, account summary and housekeeping report.
