• Handling Break Bulk / Containers/ Project at various ports all over India. • Coordination with CHA team on a daily basis • A regular visit to the clients and vendors. • Coordinating with different clients. • Handling size of 50 to 70 labors for loading and unloading of fertilizer cargo.• Handling warehouse of 50,000 sqft in which 6 godowns for various different clients.• Planning, Packing, and Despatch as per the requirement of the clients. • Preparing daily dispatch reports of Fertilizers cargo Stocks Received, Dispatch planning, Dispatches & Empty Bags Received details & Consumption details,• Implementing FIFO for all the customers at the warehouse• Coordination with branches for Rake movement including rake indent filing, rake loading/unloading, railway freight payment, weighment, lashing – chocking of cargo in wagons, handling demurrage issues if any, claiming refund from authorities.• Stock reconciliation.• Ensuring that the Facility is kept neat and clean by the Branch Managers with special emphasis on the safety and Security of stored records so that the Facility is presentable at all times.• Get to the root cause of all service failures and advice the team to take immediate corrective steps to prevent such failures from happening in the future.

Ensured best in class service delivery by systematizing entre activities of the warehouse including – receipt, storage, issue, billing, packing, transportation, and Inventory Management etc. • Negotiate with transporter for cost-effective movement of consignment and ensure the safe and timely delivery. • Maintained equipment /machines of the warehouse in working mode ensuring compliance with maintenance/calibration schedules. • Ensured the best utilization of warehouse space with proper planning and projected storage/movement of materials. Monitored inventory levels of various items and coordinated with principals /vendors to ensure stock replenishments to meet customers’ demand.
