RBS Hyperion is working on 11.1.2.0 version and it was running on OMCS environment. I worked as technical delivery lead for upgrade and repatriate the Hyperion project. Primary objective of this project was to upgrade and migrate it from OMCS to RBS infrastructure. My primarily responsibilities were to finalize the approach to upgrade Hyperion applications and setting up infrastructure. I worked on infrastructure design , i.e includes design distributed environment, server configuration (Type of server windows or UNIX, number of core , Memory etc.), design communication between severs ,load distribution .Worked on POC to finalize approach to directly migrate Hyperion applications from 11.1.2.0 to latest version successfully. Worked on end to end ETL design and worked on preparing Infrastructure, Technical design ,Technical design risk assessment, non functional requirement and SIT ,functional and Unit testing docs and worked on continuous follow-up/ presented to multiple boards to get approval on all documents. Also worked on building upgrade technical , functional, and testing team.===Involved in developing Revenue planning applications for different divisions in RBS.
