AREAS OF EXPERTISE Project ManagementOverall Monitoring & Coordination of the Infrastructure build up/implementation activities at Cell Sites.Managing cost to ensure that project is completed within budgeted cost by resource planning, cost estimating.Anchoring on-site construction activities viz. Municipal Clearance, Commercial Power, DG NOC & Safety, PCB Clearances required for Infrastructure Build up.Operations ManagementOverall Monitoring & Maintenance of the MSC (Main Switching Centre), BSC, BTS & POI Site’s infrastructure.Estate Management of various Cell sites to increase the profitability per site by adding new tenancy and reducing the outages caused due to external environment.Re-evaluate all existing systems, design & processes.Executing cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget.Organizing regular periodic meetings & trainings for team members for discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations.Process Improvement Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Implementing major cost savings strategies and productivity enhancements. Real EstateChief Responsibilities:Responsible for all the Site Acquisition activities.Responsible for the acquisition of IBS (In Building Solution) sites.Responsible for the Estate Management of all the sites.Liaison with various government bodies such as Pollution Control Board, Municipal Corporation, HUDA, HSIDC, UPSIDC, MCF, Local Police etc. in Delhi & NCR region for obtaining approvals related to errection of cell sites; Network InfrastructureChief Responsibilities:Overall Monitoring & Coordination of the Cell site Infrastructure build up/implementation activities of UPW Circle Responsible for all the Site Acquisition activities of UPW Circle.Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of sites including MSC, BSC & Cell sites of UPW CircleResponsible for all Estate Management & statutory approvals of all sites of UPW Circle.
