In Schools a) our Workshops for teachers are on non - academic topics ( like their strengths and influence as a teacher, seeing the world through children's' eyes, active learning, how their beliefs and assumptions shape their teaching, classroom free from fear - positive classroom management etc ) that help educational institutions in two distinct ways - Maximising Teachers' Potential and Enhancing Students' Performance and b) our Workshops for students are on topics which will help them while they are students but also later in life like life skills, leadership, time mgmt, team building, communication skills etc.In Corporates our Workshops equip employees to perform better on a day to day basis as well as a team to better the Company. Some of the topics covered are Stress Management, Action Centered Leadership, Conflict Management, Change Management, Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence, Decision Making Skills etc ).Have recently got trained in Basic Automobile Technology during a TTT on that subject and hence have added that knowledge also to my portfolio.Our Workshops are specifically designed to enable the participants to fully discover and appreciate their latent talents, abilities and skills and use them to consciously to maintain a consistent level of excellence in performance.Tipping Point also aims to equip the participants to explore both challenges and possibilities in the learning landscape and help them to nurture their intellectual and emotional development.
