Headed the self-operated business category for Kerala state responsible for complete P&L accountability for the product category including F&B. Directed a cross-functional team of General Managers, Business Development Managers and Engineers to manage supply, customer experience, operations and sales of inventory and services. Liaison with central team for marketing interventions, sales packages, financial reconciliations and manpower hiring.

Cairo

This was a multi-functional stint in which my role was to initially set up Lava Africa Business in marketing - market research, marketing strategy, budget allocation, website setup and BTL brand guidelines/agency setup, followed by leading the Process Excellence function - driving continuous improvements ( including prioritizing and driving changes in ERP) across customer service, marketing, supply chain and retail. A few key special projects include - GTM plan & project management for Phase 1 launch of Egypt, New market entry analysis for Sudan launch ( including Customer Profiling, Channel Analysis, Brand positioning) , Implementation of Retail Price Control process & asset installation process, reduction of turnaround time in customer service and imports, and setting up the field audit function for measuring customer experience indices, industry trends and compliance to brand guidelines.
