Client interaction in terms of transport requirements and billing.Tracking of transport vehicles, Drivers and Client pickups and Drops.Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures for safety and security of Clients.Maintaining Data Integrity & Reliability.Resolving and managing transport related queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.Handling transportation help desk round the clock during the respective shifts.

Preparation of MIS report.Validation of transport invoices and submitting it to theaccounting dept. for processing payment.Coordinate with transport vendor and drivers to ensure them to drive vehicle safely and timing.

Ensuring and adequate supply of materials for the service contract as approved by the hospitals.Maintain appropriate stock level and services for the smooth operation as the company.
