Project : Construction, Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of MOSTWDAT 132/11 kV Substation and Associated WorksClient : Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) Location : Dubai, UAE Position : Site Manager Period : Nov 2023 to Till Date Responsibilities :  Approved Site Manager for DEWA’s new concept of DOSS (Digitally Optimized Sub Station) Project at 132/11 kV MOSTWDAT S/S. Implementation of LEAN approach (OBS structure & Scrum framework) for ITC phase to achieve in 6 months duration of the 132/11kV Substation project. Organizing Daily SCRUM meetings with Client and schedule Weekly / Monthly SPRINT Mapping of Progress. Site in charge for overall site level Focal point for coordination and daily operations. Overall Site level responsible for implementation of HSE procedures & Quality practices MSRA approval as per HSE manual & PQP plan with ITP & Checklist. Coordination with Design Team for Drawings RFC approval & material MTS approvals. Vendor Coordination for Dispatch clearance and Delivery of Major Long Lead items of various equipments and Materials to the site. Request raising for RCDR / SRC inspections and certification followed by CIF invoicing. Coordination of Various teams for achieving the MEP Access clearances & Equipment Access clearances.
