Leading a team of estimation engineers to asses project execution costs to develop estimates for bidding. Organize bid review meetings to collect requirements. Assess estimates made and provide guidance to arrive at the accurate representation of costs based on multiple project execution scenario. Conduct risk review & contract review with stakeholders. Present the cost estimate along with technical considerations to management and seek approval to bid.
