Accurately record Tally/Gate/Yard functions in a timely manner, using operational systems (tablets), under the Quay crane at the Jetty/ Yard/Gate as per requirement. Accurately record Tally/Gate/Yard functions in a timely manner, using operational systems (desktops), in the Tower control room as per requirement. Immediately report any discrepancies in cargo containers and exceptions to supervisor and take necessary action as instructed by the Supervisor. Maintain communication with Engineering, Gear Control, Documentation department wherever necessary and assist in arranging operational equipment, tools and spares. Assist in arranging/managing truck drivers at the Quay/Yard/Gate as per requirements from Supervisor. Assist Vessel/Yard/Gate Supervisor whenever required. Generate and maintain operational performance reports.
