Vida Mall, DubaiRoles and Responsibilities:• Responsible for preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), MIRs, WIRs with Material Submittal approval as per specification.• Raising inspection for De-snagging to close out snag list comments• Preparing T.O forms & Coordinating with Mechanical T&C Engineers to hand over the job.• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and site In-charge for inspections.• Submit weekly report to quality manager (such as Work rejection, Material rejection, Site Observation report and non-conformance report. etc.)• To prepare O&M manuals, Training Manuals and to control all non-conformance reports, undertake remedial actions.• Raising inspection for De-snagging to close out snag list comments.• Issuing internal NCR or Site Observation.• Attending Quality meetings, technical and progress meetings, and having corresponded with clients and contractors for site-related issues.• Submit monthly report to quality manager (such as work rejection, material rejection, Site Observation report and non-conformance report. etc.)• Ensure all logs are updated, Daily monitoring the Construction Activities.• Site visits to assess the site condition and preparation of relevant work.

Barakah Nuclear Power Plant, AL RuwaisRoles and Responsibilities:• Attending Quality meetings, technical and progress meetings, and having corresponded with clients and contractors for site-related issues.• Experience in coordinating different activities with other disciplines for smooth execution of the project.• Responsible for preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), MIRs, WIRs with Material Submittal approval as per specification.• Preparing T.O forms & Coordinating with Mechanical T&C Engineers to complete the handing over process.• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and site In-charge for inspections.• Submit weekly report to quality manager (such as Work rejection, Material rejection, Site Observation report and non-conformance report. etc.)• Prepare Turning Over documents to client for Building MEP Package handing over.• Raising inspection for De-snagging to close out snag list comments

EKFC-3 Long Term Expansion ProjectsRoles and Responsibilities:• Site visits to assess the site condition and preparation of relevant work.• Evaluate Isometric drawings provided by the client and conduct site surveys with the fabrication team.• Quality Training is taken to technicians/Site Team as per the method statement to improve the Quality of works.• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and site In-charge for inspections.• Conduct an internal audit on monthly basis for the works (planning, execution, warehouses, drafting, etc.) to verify compliance with QA requirements, approved procedures, and guidelines and report the NCRs to the management.• Inspection of pipe coatings and fire duct coatings and verifying whether it is up to the needed quality.• Supervision of fire duct spraying and fireproofing of structural materials.• Welding inspection supervision and updating the documents.• Supervision of Waterproofing works and hot and cold insulation works along with cladding works and its inspection.
