*Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers accurately and promptly within theestablished payment terms and company policies.*Purchase Order Matching: Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and properauthorization.*Payment Processing: Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methodsensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.*Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to any inquiries or discrepancies related topayments or invoices.*Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.*Vendor Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtainedand recorded in compliance with company policies.*Expense Reporting: Assist in the processing and reconciliation of employee expense reports in accordancewith company policies.*Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to accounts payable processes.*Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documents.*Reporting: Generate regular reports on accounts payable status, aging, and otherfinancial metrics as required.*Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function andcontribute to enhancing departmental efficiency and effectiveness.*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as procurement and finance, to ensureseamless integration of accounts payable processes.

* Recording and preparation of reconciliations for the organization inline with the standard format and ensuring revenue and deductions are effectively accounted.* Preparation of payment statements for marketing activities in accordance with statutory requirements and recording the same in books of accounts.* Preparation of invoices and reports for the GST and TDS returns monthly, quarterly, and annually, and reconciliation of the same.* Maintenance of books of accounts with proper statutory compliance.* Monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation statements of vendor-wiseSales &Tax deductions and Filings.
