Manager Planning & Warehouse undertaking production & material planning, capacity utilization, man & machine utilization, material handling, distribution of finish goods, end to end inventory controlling systems and operations in the nutritional plant in compliance to Quality, Safety and Lean manufacturing systems of GSK. Plant is a medium scale nutritional site with 100 employees catering products of Viva, Horlicks, Junior Horlicks, Chocolate Horlicks and Glucolin in to local market.RESPONSIBILITIES Designing, developing, leading and implementing production planning, warehousing strategies to maintain quality, efficacy and safety of the product Responsible for achieve site KPI’s of OTIF, CTP by supplying finish goods on time with controlled inventory Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw, packing, consumable, engineering materials to meet the plan Maintain quarterly inventory variation less than 5% of both site and external ware house  Responsible for BPCS/JDE ERP systems of site and implement SAP modules of SNP & CERPS as for project plan Deliver NPI, launches, re launches, promotions on time to meet requirement of the brands Deliver warehouse and consumable budgets and deliver projects planned for the year  Accountable for developing capabilities, skills and competencies of site and external Ware house staff Lead Glaxo Production System (Derivative of Toyota Production System) by adhering to its six pillars namely, Performance Management, Problem solving, Operator Standard Work, 5S & Zoning, Leader Standard work and Gemba with purpose Provide subject matter expertise for various business related subject areas Conduct level 1, 2 internal audits relevant for Quality and safety and review those done by stake holders representing other departments Reward and recognition
