-Living onboard the Spirit of Bermuda sailboat for week-long school voyages, managing and working hands on with a group of adolescents. Watch Leaders encourage, facilitate, and support character and social skills development through the school voyage.-Facilitating group activities throughout the week, which are based around learning to sail the Spirit of Bermuda, navigate Bermuda’s waters, and learn about Bermuda’s maritime history and culture.-Ensure safety of all aboard the Spirit of Bermuda during the voyage by adhering to specific guidelines regarding behavior on the ship. This also includes keeping a specific structure and schedule, which provides a nurturing and supportive environment while living upon the Spirit of Bermuda.

-Assisting with coordination or managing various departmental projects such as Heritage Month and Gombey Festival-Leading projects, including planning DCCA events, such as the Creative Catalogue launch, Bermudian Art in Government Buildings, and Creative & Cultural Industries Policy research-Liaison, develop, and maintain relationships with community partners

-Fulfilling planning and administrative duties, keeping up with qualitative and quantitative reports, as well as meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines-Planning, organizing, and facilitating structured activities that were enriched in wellness, for students on a monthly basis-Supervising programme staff members, as well as managing a large student group-Forming, and keeping strong and open relationships with parents/guardians, schools, and community partners
