Hiring for Staffing and permanent requirement.Handling Daily Walk-ins Interview.Making Data Bank of various profiles.Understand requirements and execute a search plan to identify potential candidates.Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including Data bank, Walk -ins, naukri LinkedIn, face book, What's up, Campus Recruitment, Referrals and head-hunting & tie-up NGO.Evaluate candidates profiles to identify suitability requirement.Interacting with candidates to evaluate their communications skills, their suitability and fitment for applied position.Preliminary screening and short listing of candidates for the required skill matrixCo-coordinating with interview schedules.Involve in salary and joining dates negotiations.Employee Engagement (regarding the salary , appraisal, grievance handling etc).Involve in HR operations (Joining and Exit Process, Time Attendance, Reimbursement Claims, Employee Salary Account opened, Full and Final settlement etc.)Maintain all personnel files in a complete and accurate manner from hire to termination.Resolution of employees issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalitiesBuild strong relationship with candidates to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers.Client visit to understand actual requirement.Follow-up clients for regular recruitment.
