Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Prochem customers, prospective customers through the prompt and effective delivery of service to their needs. The role also supports the external sales team in ensuring quotes are made and orders are taken. Actively promote Prochem’s products and services, through dedicated telephone.

• Estimating quantities of fans required on a given job/tender.
• Costing fans and ancillaries as per mechanical drawing requirements.
• Tracking of quotation requests by mechanical service providers.
• Tendering all jobs for Victoria - ensuring costs, profits and deadlines are all met.
• Receiving calls and quoting all walk-in customers (cash customers) and advice on the ideal solutions to their ventilation needs.

Chelsea Heights

• Allocation of lead-times to all new sales orders requiring manufacturing.
• Reissuing manufacturing deadline on new sales orders and issuing reports on all sales on a daily basis via crystal reporting.
• Liaising with sales team members on stock levels, manufacturing deficiencies, extension of lead-times and supplier constraints.
• Providing feedback on production deficiencies and suggesting improvements to management on stream lining processes.
• Addressing concern forms raised by the team, external parties, ensuring in a timely manner.
• Providing reports from crystal of daily order intake to all managers and sales account managers

• Focusing on resolving issues with a customer’s mortgage product e.g. incorrectly charged interest, increases in mortgage repayments - focusing on the best outcome for the customer.
• Assisting customers in the maintenance of their mortgages, i.e changing repayments, product changes and helping customers access extra repayments made onto the mortgage. All the while keeping a calm, professional and.
• Helping customers financially manage their mortgage through extra payments, interest only options and other products e.g. offset accounts. Thus assisting them, pay their mortgages off faster.
• Guiding customers to the correct departments and informing them of other products offered by ANZ. (types insurances offered like income protection)
