For my achievements, I was promoted from Associate Software Engineer to Software Engineer after only 14 months of employment. • Delivered on time a 3 month delayed project (Convergys Geneva Upgrade) for the Telecom Company of UK. Delivering the project on time allowed the company to retain the brand name guarantee and avoided thousands of dollars in potential fines. For my achievements, I was honored with the Steller Award, which is the second highest award in the organization.• Ad hoc trainer: Delivered Accenture new joiner training in different colleges and universities in topics associated with Basics of computers, Algorithms, UNIX, RDBMS, and soft skill training.• Earned Best Employee of the month for eleven times in a tenure of three years.
