Duties:As a scrum master: Facilitating (not participating in) the daily standup Helping the team to update TFS and JIRA tasks for burn downs Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint Removing obstacles that affect the team Walking the product owner through technical user stories Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product ownerAs a technology manager: User management, trouble shooting for both functional and performance relates issues and code review Ensuring that TDD (test driven development) is followed Performance testing is done in NFT (non functional testing environment) to ensure smooth running in Production Release calendar is shared with the stake holders (including team/scrum member/PO/business) so that it is followed right from the development of the requirement/code to the go-live (including unit testing, system testing, integration testing and NFT testing) Get involved into the decision making process in terms of taking up the new requirement, changes, go-live dates etc
