Consulting, Solution designing, bids and proposals, technical product presentations, product demos and technical product trainings to customers, partners and internal teams are the key responsibilities. Besides, work closely with the Development team to fulfill the gaps/expectations in the product to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Focused on understanding customer needs from a technical point of view and defining solutions to meet the requirements. My Objective is to use the broad experience to bring a global perspective to my view of product direction for Perpetuuiti. Some of the key focus areas are - Working on cutting edge technologies in the space of IT Resiliency Management including IT Disaster Recovery Management for all verticals, add value in DRaaS space through automation, On-prem / CLOUD workload migrations, Automation for IT Operations including Server, Storage & Network components using our product Av3ar, Automation of Business Processes for domains including Banking, Healthcare and Telecom, Chat Bot based automation for consumer segment, Banks and Govt domains. Technologies include AI, Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning with Intelligent Automation.Prior to working with Perpetuuiti, I held various technical roles with organizations like HCL Infosystems, Computer Associates and IBM India Pvt. Ltd.
