I have helped startups in the Venture studio model adopt Lean Startup approach to define their Product strategy, vision, scope, roadmap and estimates for MVP development during pre-seed / seed funding stages, and then worked closely with the development teams to drive the implementation during the later MVP delivery phase.I have successfully contributed to multiple projects across different phases, from bidding and initiation, to discovery, development, quality assurance, and implementation by defining the business cases, deriving requirements from business cases, converting requirements to user stories / SRS, refining user stories / SRS with process models / acceptance criteria / feature maps, and prioritizing and planning sprints to deliver early business value.
