My primary focus encompassed the proficient execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability initiatives on behalf of prominent entities such as Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, as well as government bodies like the Vidarbha and Marathwada Dairy Development Project under the Government of Maharashtra and the National Dairy Development Board across the states of Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh.To ensure the seamless execution of these substantial projects, I was entrusted with the leadership of a substantial team comprising 600 personnel. Our geographical operational footprint spanned across the diverse landscapes of Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh, demanding meticulous management and coordination.Key Highlights1. Under the Vidarbha and Marathwada Dairy Development Project, about 37,931 animals belonging to 21,299 farmers in 945 villages were covered during the year. RBP impact data revealed an increase in milk by .2 kg per day per animal and fat % by .18 units, leading to an improvement in the net daily income of farmers by Rs 22.94 per day per animal.2. Served 20500 dairy farmers through direct and application-based intervention and worked for their livelihood upliftment in the 5 HUL factory locations across 2 states i.e., Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. 3. Served close to 18975 farmers across 248 villages in Sangrur district, Punjab under IndusInd Bank CSR project focused on livelihood enhancement of the dairy farmers.4. Initiated government liaison and convergence activities aggressively in the "Project Mooo" field activities in Uttar Pradesh under HUL's Prabhat Community Development Initiative. Show less
